I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The staff was incredibly professional and friendly, always going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. They even spoke better English than I spoke Portuguese, which was a huge help. The hotel itself is quite impressive, with well-maintained areas and a strong attention to detail. I loved the 24-hour coffee, tea, and cookie service near the front desk, and the complimentary tasting of three different cachaças was a nice touch. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and fluffy towels. The hotel also offers great facilities, including two pools, a modern gym, Fussball tables, and even a minigolf course. my experience at this hotel was top-notch.
In summary, I highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends. The amenities and facilities provided here are excellent, and the staff goes above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay.

During Christmas my family and I stayed at a hotel that had an excellent swimming pool and delicious breakfast buffet. The location was also great, with easy access to the city's main attractions. the staff was friendly and helpful.
The rooms and facilities were in need of updates and repairs. The air conditioning didn't function properly, and there were a few bugs in our room.

Free coffee and tea 24/7 and great mini-golf course. Conveniently located near the city center and close to some good restaurants.
Rooms were dirty and outdated. the staff was unhelpful and rude, especially when we complained about the room.
